What type of events do you do?

marrybylen specializes in tailored event concepts, ranging from elegant weddings and birthday celebrations to intimate baby showers and exclusive dinner events. Our expertise also extends to corporate events, including summer parties, retreats, openings, launch parties, and Christmas parties. Always aiming to create authentic yet extraordinary moments throughout Europe.

Why should we hire a Wedding Planner / Event Planner?

A Wedding Planner is not just a luxury for couples with limited time or those not residing locally. They are valuable partners who simplify the entire process through their experience and knowledge. The myriad of decisions to be made and countless options can be overwhelming. An experienced planner navigates this complexity, optimizes the budget, and ensures you’re relaxed and worry-free on your event day. How far in advance should we book?

The earlier, the better. To ensure meticulous planning, especially for weddings, we recommend reaching out at least 12-18 months in advance. However, we have successfully planned numerous last-minute weddings. Feel free to inquire anytime, and we’ll provide an honest assessment of feasibility and realism.

For corporate and private events, it varies depending on complexity and budget.

What are your pricing expectations?

Our pricing is as bespoke as your event. For comprehensive wedding planning, our complete package starts at €10,000.
Additionally, we offer various partial planning options like consultation packages, location scouting, color & design concepts, proposals, bridal and after-wedding shoots, all viewable on our website.

For corporate and private events, prices vary based on scope and requirements.

Is there a contract?

Yes. After our initial consultation, we’ll provide a detailed service contract/offer outlining all agreed-upon services and terms.

How is payment handled?

We issue invoices payable within 10 days to the designated account. Payment terms are outlined in the service contract and are also available in our terms and conditions.
Currently, we unfortunately don’t offer flexible payment options like credit card payments for our services.

What budget range is recommended for weddings?

To craft a memorable experience for every guest, thoughtful planning and investment are essential. As a guideline, we recommend a budget of approximately €1,000 per guest for all wedding planning aspects, excluding our fee. Costs can vary depending on specific desires and requirements. Starting early opens up a broader range of options, both in selection and pricing. Let’s bring your vision to life together!

Do you oversee the wedding day?

Absolutely! On the „Yes-Day,“ the marrybylen team is on standby to coordinate proceedings and ensure everything aligns with your vision. With consistent team communication and a reliable backup system, we guarantee top-tier event day support.
For couples planning their wedding or those opting for partial planning, booking at least the „Yes-Day“ management is highly recommended. The value becomes evident once you experience its benefits firsthand. A seamless wedding day execution is crucial after extensive preparations.

Do you exclusively collaborate with certain vendors?

It also includes a sample budget list, a budget calculator, and other useful templates such as a sample mood board, a schedule for the day, and templates for invitation and RSVP management.

The checklist is configured as an Excel spreadsheet but can also be used online via Drive. After purchase, it can be embedded in Drive; if needed, we are also happy to assist with this.

Yes, in addition to the wedding checklist, consulting hours or coaching sessions can also be booked to round off the offer and clarify individual questions. For many couples, this has already been a very helpful addition, ensuring that no individual question you have during your planning phase remains unanswered.
