MEET UP & BOOKING
In a first and non-binding meeting you tell us about your dreams and ideas. We will advise you on our services and together we will find the perfect planning package. If the chemistry and everything else is right for you, we start planning your wedding together.

VENUE & VENDORS
Based on your criteria, you will receive a detailed presentation of possible venues from which you can select the perfect ones for you. You will then receive our exclusive hand-picked list of recommendations to find the right vendors for your wedding. You are also welcome to bring your own vendors with you, with whom we will then work.

WEDDING CHECK LIST
We have created an extensive wedding check list for our couples, including a detailed budget overview. Here you can always see the current planning status and we have an eye on the budget. Together we use this overview online so that you can access it anytime and anywhere. In addition, this overview always gives you an insight into your concept, possible guest lists and the current daily schedule, which we constantly update.

DESIGN & PLANNING
It doesn’t matter whether it’s a wedding with fashion flair, an elegant wedding with modern chic, a themed wedding, or a glamorous outdoor wedding in an idyllic garden.
Our signature service is the creative & tailor-made design concept. Based on a presentation, we discuss everything in detail and determine the special features. Then it goes into the detailed planning with fine tuning and various meetings, such as the choice of flowers or the cake tasting.

THE YES-DAY
The big day has come and you should be able to relax and enjoy it with family and friends. We are there for you and coordinate and manage the entire wedding day. With our professional support you don’t have to worry about anything. We are present for you and your guests, but remain discreetly in the background. Our goal is to say goodbye to an overjoyed couple in the party-packed evening.

Venue review of the location and support in contract processing.
Hotel research for the accommodation of the guests and support with the allotment processing.
Possibly searching for a suitable venue for the get-together the evening before, as well as a venue for the hangover breakfast the day after the wedding and support with the planning.
Marriage planning and registration assistance if needed.
Planning and organization of the wedding with the help of a sample budget plan, as well as a detailed wedding checklist, which can always be viewed online.
Mediation and offer review of all vendors.
Creation of a detailed schedule for the course of the YES-DAY with discussion and handover to all vendors and the venue.
Development of a color and design concept including a presentation.
Creation of mood boards for the individual daily areas based on the wishes and ideas that fit the budget.
Suggestions and request for quotation for the required vendors or distributors for the implementation of the design concept.
A visualization, i.e. an animated 3D version of the design concept in the dining area.
Advice on the selection and design of the stationery (save the date, invitation, menu cards, etc.).
Advice on choosing the right vendor for the stationery and handling the implementation.
Submission of sample texts for the stationery & support in finalizing the content.
Creation of a wedding website.
